Ce petit dessin animé et la chanson qui l’accompagne est un bel exemple de la rhétorique à l’œuvre dans le discours public: Argumentum ad odium.
Cela rappelle bien entendu la chanson d’il y a huit ans Во всём виноват Путин! (Tout est la faute à Poutine!). Mais cette fois-ci c’est n’est plus les opposants mais l’occident que l’on singe et la chanson est en anglais, mais pas nécessairement simple à bien comprendre parce que le texte est dit très vite, aussi je le retranscris ci-dessous. Le titre c’est simplement la Russie (Racha est une forme péjorative pour la Russie basée sur l’anglais Russia) est coupable (vinovata est déformée pour rimer et singer).
